How do I shop at Skin Savvy Spa Express?

The Skin Savvy Spa Express website currently offers over 50 luxurious products from many of the most coveted brands. You may click on the name of the brand or category you like to view the products available. In addition, you may learn more about a single item by clicking on the "more info" or product image to get the full detail.

What is Skin Savvy Spa Express 's order process?

When you have chosen all of the products you wish to order, click on "CHECKOUT" in the upper right hand corner. You will be taken through an easy 6 step process to:
    1. Tell us who you are and login or create an account (you may also choose to place your order without creating an account).
    2. Confirm your order
    3. Provide "Bill To" and "Ship To" if different.
    4. Select your Paymet and Shipping methods.
    5. Provide your credit card information for payment, and
    6. print your invoice.
Just before you submit your order, your total is calculated to include all charges, including the sales tax (only applicable for Washington, DC customers), for your final review. If you are satisfied with the amount, click on "submit order." If you wish to change any of the information you may click on the "back" button on your browser. After submitting an order, a page confirming all of your information will appear for you to print.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a 24 hours of placing your order. You will also receive a separate email from UPS or USPS with your tracking number.

Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?

You can add or delete items at any time during the checkout process before you enter "submit."

If you need to make changes after you have submitted your order, please call us Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm (EST) at 202-319-1232 or email us at onlinespasales@skinsavvyspa.com and a customer service associate will try to accommodate you.

Unfortunately, because we work very hard to ship your order as quickly as we can, if your order has already left the store we cannot make changes to it.

Absolutely! Shopping at Skin Savvy Spa Express is one hundred percent guaranteed because we use a secure server. This software encrypts all of your information, allowing only Skin Savvy Spa Express to read your credit card information.

SALES TAX

Does Skin Savvy Spa Express charge sales tax?

State law requires Skin Savvy Spa Express to charge sales tax to customers that live in Washington, DC. Residents of other states are not subject to taxes at this time.

What shipping options?

Skin Savvy Spa Express uses UPS and the United States Postal Service to ship products. For your convenience, we offer two shipping options to best meet your needs:

Orders that are received before 2:00 pm eastern standard time are shipped that day. All other orders are sent the next business day.

There is an automatic, additional surcharge of $19.00 for orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.

Please note due to federal air regulations, Skin Savvy Spa Express is only able to send fragrances via the "standard" option due to their alcohol content.

At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.

Does Skin Savvy Spa Express ship to areas outside the United States?

Currently, we are not shipping outside of the United States.

ORDER TRACKING

How do I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking number on the confirmation email we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carrier's online store. UPS: www.ups.com

Skin Savvy Spa Express RETURN, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

What is Skin Savvy Spa Express’ return policy?

Skin Savvy Spa Express will be happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used cosmetics, shoes, or fragrances.

Gift recipients (including gift certificate purchases) are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

Simply fill out the return form on the back of your packaging slip and put it in the box with your product. Attach the pre-addressed Return Label to the box, and take it to your local post office for easy return. When we receive your returned order we will credit the original credit card used for purchase (unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping charges).

We will notify you by email, phone, or mail once this has been completed. We ask that you specify the reason for your return on the return form provided in your original box - we'd like to learn how we can better serve you in the future!

What is Skin Savvy Spa Express’ cancellation policy?

Skin Savvy Spa Express ships our products within 24 hours from when we receive the order. Therefore, all cancellations must be made the same day the order was placed. To cancel an order call 202-319-1232.

GIFT WRAP/GIFT RECEIPTS

Will Skin Savvy Spa Express gift-wrap my product?

Of course! If you would like your items gift wrapped, call us at (202) 319-1232 with your order number and we will assist you with this. Gift Certificates are not included.

What happens if my computer crashes while I'm placing an order?

Unfortunately, if your computer crashes while you are placing an order, before you have entered "submit," you will need to start over from Step 1 of the order process. If you have any doubts or questions about your order submission, please email us at onlinespasales@skinsavvyspa.com.

Why is my shopping bag empty although I've been adding items?

This may be caused by your browser configuration. If your browser is configured to refuse "cookies" our web site is unable to remember the items added to your shopping bag as you continue to shop. Cookies are also the way our web site remembers your billing and shipping information. To change your browser configuration to accept cookies simply click here for instructions.

Why did I encounter a dialog box stating 'Certificate Authority Is Expired'?

If you are using Netscape Communictor version 4.05 or earlier or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 for the Macintosh you may have encountered this dialog box when you tried to access one of our secure pages. Simply click Continue: the SSL session that secures your transaction with our site is not affected. You can avoid the dialog box in the future by upgrading your browser.
